Friends, and siblings Barry & Brittany, Jason, Eva set out to have an enjoyable Christmas break on the water. The lucked out with perfect conditions, smooth waters and the bite was great! This crew hooked into multiple Goliath Grouper, Amberjack and a Nurse Shark ( that ate the goliath bait)
Jason jumped into the water making for a pretty cool photo. This shark species has a reputation for being less aggressive, but it has a mouth that resembles a garbage disposable. We kept that side of the shark away from Jason during his swim.
The girls showed everyone up catching the most fish.. at least by weight! Check out their Goliath Grouper. These fish inhabit our nearshore ( 3-5 miles) wrecks especially during cooler water months. They are a FUN and challenging catch and release.
