Andrew from Aquatic Nutrition wanted to check Goliath Grouper off his bucket list. We hit the nearshore wrecks in the Gulf of Mexico. A popular spot for big fish in our cooler months, when the weather allows it. Only a few miles from the beach these giants are lurking. He didn't waste any time hooking into multiple fish. Jumping INTO the cool gulf waters for a memorable photo of his catch!
We ended the day hooking into a few Greater AmberJack and Tripletail. Aj's are closed until the spring but make for a tough catch and release. Really giving you an arm workout, on the 6500 series reels.
